Color: straw yellow, green reflection. Brilliant, beautiful effervescence, fine bubbles. Nose: aromatic, pleasant, complex. White fruits, dried fruits, brioche, citrus fruits. Palate: a beautiful, frank attack where we find notes of dried fruits, toasted bread, creamy. Beautifully fresh finish. Pairing: Baeri caviar; sea bream ceviche with citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. Comment: a champagne still quite lively, but with a good promise of ageing.
