Color: gold, brilliant reflections, fine bubbles. Nose: fruity first nose. Complex and rich. Palate: full, with ripe fruits. A tense structure, with great aromatic complexity. Very nice length. Pairing: a noble fish such as sole meunière; Gilardeau oysters. Comment: excellent management of the Meunier.
