Color: clear and bright, with a moderate amber core and a light greenish rim. Nose: sweet and spicy, with dried prune, raisin, combined with caramelised sugar and walnut notes, influenced by the Pedro Ximenez cask. Hint of honey and saffron. Palate: very smooth and creamy attack, with sweet, dried fruit character (dried fig, sultana and dried apricot), combined with a light hint of hazelnut, sweet spice and honey.
