Since the first Formula 1 world championship, which took place in Reims in 1950, the winning driver has been offered a jeroboam of Champagne, opened and drunk by the book. Similarly, during the 24 hours of Le Mans, the cork of the champagne bottle is popped and the public is sprayed.
To perpetuate the traditions and links between motor racing and champagne, Maison Brimoncourt and the Mirage Racing team – Aston Martin team – have joined forces for the 2023 season of the French GT and GT European series. The two entities share the same values: the lifestyle, the entrepreneurship and the passion for cars.
During the 12 races of the season, in the most mythical European circuits (Spa-Francorchamps, Castellet circuit, Monza, Hockenheim...), Brimoncourt accompanies the Mirage Racing team to celebrate with freshness and elegance each stage of the championship, by honouring its Brut Régence vintage.
80% chardonnay - 20% pinot noir, this cuvée presents a blend of great aromatic finesse, dominated by the elegance of the chardonnay. A gallant wine which seduces with its freshness, its round texture and its delicately fruity finish. Tasted by the greatest, like Salvatore Castano, Best Sommelier Europe & Africa 2021, the Brut Régence cuvée presents “a beautiful freshness, a balanced palate, very complex, with a very long finish. It's incredible!”.
