Visual aspect: ruby-red colour, deep garnet-red. Slightly tile-red disk. Nose: small and black red fruits (wild blackberry), spices (pepper, clove). Hint of leather. Palate: beautiful first taste, nice concentration. We find the black cherries and the blackberries again. Very melted tannins. Ample and delectable palate. Match with food: rabbit stew; wild boar with grilled polenta. Comments: very nice Shiraz!
