Visual aspect: a whitish-yellow hue with golden tints, lovely radiance and crystal clear tints.
Nose: the first nose reveals hints of maturation, with a scent of roasted hazelnuts and mocha: very aromatic.
Palate: pure on the first taste and lively. It develops very pleasantly on a flavour of candied quince. Excellent balance and good length of flavours.
Match with food: aperitif, calf's sweetbread with chanterelle mushrooms.
Comments: a very interesting wine with tremendous ageing potential. Extremely elegant.
