La Moulinette à la Ferme

Vin de France 2020

Beautiful ruby light color, beautiful light rims. A very moderate viscosity. The nose is clean, with a beautiful intensity, notes of fresh fruits, red cherry, red plum, a touche of minerality. A very easy-style, without oak. The palate is dry, with a moderate body, a beautiful freshness. The alcohol is moderate. Very soft tannins. A wine for everyone, very easy-to-drink. A beautiful example of the new style of Bordeaux, of the new generation vigneron.

Château La Mouline

Moulis-en-Médoc 2020

Dark, clear, bright, dark ruby, light ruby rims. Elevated viscosity. The nose is more classique, dark cherry, dark plum, dark raspberry, stony minerality, slightly spicy and peppery character (black pepper). The oak is very light and delicate. The palate is dry, elevated body, very fresh, well integrated alcohol. The tanins are very soft and fine. A beautiful complexity and
a long finih. A beautiful example of the appellation.

Totem La Mouline

Vin de France 2020

The wine is clear, bright, dark ruby color, ruby rims, elevated viscosity. The nose is clean, intense, notes of ripe black cherry, black mulberry, cassis, dry violet, beautiful minerality.
A spicy note, touch of vegetal character, toasted almond. The palate is dry, more body, more structure and character, an important freshness. The alcohol is elevated but it's balanced with the freshness. The tannins are really elegant and soft. A long finish and a beautiful complexity.
A wine with a very long ageing potential that you can keep for a long time in your cellar.
A beautiful discovery.
