2020, an intense and concentrated vintage. The hot and dry summer until September gave small berries with a thick skin and little juice. The wine has been carefully aged in barrels in order to tame the tannic power of this exceptional vintage.
Color: intense red, sustained, with purple reflections.
Nose: red and black fruits, supported by roasted notes of great coffee (mocha, arabica) then spices, pepper, brown tobacco. Beautiful complexity.
Palate: elegant and racy wine, well balanced. Very charming side, liquorice notes, freshness, melted tannins.
Pairing: hare à la royale.

Nose: fine and intense, with delicious white fruits (peach, acacia flowers) and spices notes.
Palate: exquisite, intense, concentrated, delicately perfumed, we find acacia, hawthorn, and white flesh fruits. Lively and intense attack supported by a beautiful acidity and a nice fatness.
Pairing: risotto with truffles.
Comment: an incredible wine.
