Visual aspect: flesh of cherry. Nose: beautiful intensity, fruity, delectable, ripe red fruits, dominated by cherry and ripe stawberry. Palate: supple, present tannins, well-balanced. Match with food: veal's head; eel in matelote. Comments: a well worked wine, to await for minimum one year.
