Palate: beautiful acidity, with black fruit (blackberry, cassis) and spices (liquorice). Elegant, smooth, with supple, delicate tannins. Beautiful freshness. Interesting finish. Pairing: rare pigeon with red wine sauce. Comment: a wine with body, fleshy, with acidic tension that will reveal its full potential in a few years. Cellaring 5 years.
