Color: pale gold with golden reflections. Nose: dominated by white flowers, with a subtle petrol note. White fruit, honey, lemon, jasmine and orange blossom. Palate: dominated by ripe white fruit such as white peach, with a floral touch. Lovely freshness. Pairing: lobster tartare with caviar. Comment: a very pleasant, subtle and aromatic wine. A wine that still has the potential to evolve and develop greater aromatic complexity.
