Color: light golden with thick tears. Nose: vanilla, musky, oaky and brioche aromas. Citrus and ripe stone fruit. Palate: oaky structure, spices (vanilla) and beautiful acidity. Balanced between tension and richness. A saline touch. Perfect acidity on the finish. Pairing: sea bass fillet, Aquitaine caviar, Landes porcini mushrooms and coffee espuma. Comment: a wine with volume, character and complexity, very pleasant and elegant. Cellaring 5 years.
