Color: very pale ruby with notes of evolution. Nose: characteristic Pinot Noir aromas of blackcurrant bud, peony and flint. Palate: very elegant and supple. Fine, tangy and mineral. Fine Pinot Noir with a slight smoky note. Fresh, with velvety tannins. Good length. Pairing: roast poultry with baby potatoes, whole garlic and roasting juices. Comment: elegant and refreshing. A lovely Pinot Noir with delicate evolved notes, ready to drink.
