Black fruit (juicy blackcurrant), chocolate and oak notes. A slightly vegetal, minty finish. Pairing: grilled red meat, ideally dry-aged. Comment: a powerful wine. It would benefit from further ageing so the tannins can soften and gain additional complexity, with more tertiary aromas.
