Color: pretty clear ruby color. Nose: fairly discreet, with light fruit (red berry notes, strawberry), floral notes, musk and spice. Palate: very light, pleasant and mellow. Easy to drink, with red and black fruit and lovely balance. Finish on well-ripened raspberry. Pairing: grilled poultry; beef carpaccio; charcuterie. Comment: a lovely Alsace Pinot Noir, to be enjoyed now. Pleasing and very approachable. Serve slightly chilled.
