Palate: frank attack, with notes of red fruits, ripe blackcurrant, brioche. Very balanced between power and aromas. Very nice tension, roundness and acidity. Pairing: poultry; pigeon ; red mullet fillet. Comment: a vinous and gourmet champagne. A very nice discovery.
