Color: beautiful pale gold, pretty, very fine bubbles. Nose: very elegant, lots of class. Greedy, generous. Fresh nuts, nougat. Palate: lovely frank and suave attack. The finesse of the Chardonnay dominates. A very beautiful finale, relatively complex, with a nice tension. Long palate, a balanced wine. Pairing: a beautiful aperitif champagne; sweetbread ; foie gras. Comment: racy and complex, while being delicious. A gourmet wine.
