Color: deep ruby with purple hues. Nose: intense, very ripe black fruits, graphite, sweet spices. Palate: clean, dry, very nice structure, very well integrated tannins, a round, silky texture. Long finish. Pairing: slow-cooked shoulder of lamb with a red wine sauce. Comment: to drink now but with a great ageing potential, up to 15 years.
