Color: clear and bright, with a deep golden-amber color and a light greenish rim. Nose: fine complexity, with dried orange peel and prune, combined with fine oak influence like vanilla, cedar and baking spices. Lightly roasted walnut, notes of tobacco and leather-bound books. Palate: very good flavour intensity, with sweet spices, roasted walnut and hazelnut, combined with saline iodine characteristics, sweet prune and candied orange peel. Smooth, sweet and spicy finish, with very good complexity and persistence.
