Color: clear and bright, with a deep amber core and a light coppery reddish sheen, light greenish rim. Nose: very generous nose with rancio aromatics upfront, walnuts, roasted coffee, leather, caramelised brown sugar, sultana, figs, prune. Dry spices like cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Palate: generous, with a smooth and rounded texture. Dry warming spices like cinnamon and clove, roasted walnut and hazelnut, dried prune and raisin. Very good persistence with scents of sweet spices and dried fruits.
