Color: clear and bright, with an almost deep amber core, golden sheen and a light greenish rim. Nose: youthful and slightly harsh nose, with sweet spice like cinnamon, clove and cardamom up front followed by creamy vanilla and lightly roasted almond, caramelised butter and hint of coconut. Dried exotic fruit character of banana and pineapple. Palate: a palate driven very much by the attractive sweet exotic fruit character of pineapple, dried apricot, complemented by butter roasted hazelnut, honey and vanilla. Smooth and well-balanced, despite being a Cask Strength Cognac.
