Visual aspect: not a particularly bold amber colour. The disc is distinct.
Nose: fragrances of vanilla, coffee, pepper and sweet spices.
The aromas are quite discreet.
Palate: it gives a melted sensation; it is elegant, but burns a little on the finish.
Match with food: smoked fish; vanilla meringue.
Comments: a lovely Cognac.
