Visual aspect: a radiant ruby hue of good intensity. Nose: open on aromas of small red fruit (cherry, raspberry), intensified by hints of liquorice and leather.
Palate: supple and soft, sustained by melted, delicate tannins and a rich, smooth remarkably well balanced texture. The finish is spicy, fruity and marvellously long.
Match with food: topside of roasted veal cooked with parsely and garlic.
