Visual aspect: a black cherry colour with purple tints, it is luminous and concentrated.
Nose: expressive, revealing aromas of small black fruit (blackberry, bilberry), hints of spice and a floral touch (peony) on a backdrop of elegant woodiness.
Palate: rich, round, smooth and very delicate on elegant, precise tannins. The well balancedfinish is marvellously long.
Match with food: grilled rib steak, quite simply.
Comment: an intense, concentrated wine, magnificent.
