Visual aspect: a marvellous black-cherry colour with wonderfully luminous bluish tints.
Nose: expressive on aromas of very ripe black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry), on a backdrop of woody scents.
Palate: full-bodied, smooth, marked by rich, remarkably delicate tannins. The finish is long and extremely well balanced.
Match with food: woodcock.
Comment: splendid, delicate and elegant, a wine to discover soon.
