Visual aspect: pink, brilliant hue, salmon-pink tinges. Nose: lovely nose, peach and floral notes. Palate: very nice intensity, roundness, generous, supple. Nice concentration. Match with food: scampi served with onion compote and a parmesan cheese shortbread. Comments: very pleasant on the palate, feminine. Delightful.
