Visual aspect: a black-cherry colour with radiant, concentrated tinges.
Nose: discreet and stylish, revealing ripe fruitiness on aromas of raspberry and blackberry along with well mingled woodiness.
Palate: well structured on the first taste, full bodied with ripe, delicate tannins. Fresh on the finish on young fruitiness and excellent length.
Match with food: boneless, rolled fillet of lamb with herbs.
Comment: a superior wine on a par with what we expect from this domain.
