Visual aspect: a developed ruby hue. Nose: a great deal of delicacy and fruit scents marked by slightly dry tannin. Palate: pure, it develops on perceptible tannin and has good body. Match with food: dishes in sauce, braised flank of veal. Comments: a superb wine!
