Visual aspect: a garnet-crimson hue, not very vivid. Nose: fruity aromas of very ripe fruit, lovely intense spicy touches, excellent powerfulness of aromas. Palate: fleshy, marvellous structure, it is clean and pure with a good texture of tannin. Match with food: wild boar stew. Comments: a superbly accomplished wine.
