Palate: voluminous, full-bodied, concentrated and smooth, with elegant tannin which sustains well extracted body. The finish is magnificent and impressively long.
Match with food: duck with pepper sauce.
Comment: a remarkable wine, supple and delicate, it deserves one of the highest classifications.
