Visual aspect: translucent, the hue is almost black, with blood-coloured tinges. : Nose: scents of tobacco, meat and a fragrance of red fruit in compote, Palate: marvellous flavour and powerful acidity and structure. The finish is marked by tannins which are closed at present. Match with food: Italian pork shoulder roasted in the oven. Comments: it will be even more enjoyable in a few years' time.
