Visual aspect: ruby-red colour, brilliant. Nose: generous and broad. Develops after swirling, with black fruit compote aromas. Palate: supple and warm, with a nice aromatic complexity (roasting, liquorice), backed by melted and discreet tannins. Match with food: grilled lamb chops with basil. Comments: a superb cuvée we can wait a little to see it expressing itself outstandingly.
