For the very first time in its history, the house Prince Hubert de Polignac unveils a Cognac made in accordance with the organic farming specifications. With this product called Nature de Cognac, Prince Hubert de Polignac displays its ethical values and attachment to the planet.
It has been helped in this task by the expertise and commitment of its partner estates. “It seems convenient to offer this choice to our customers because a high sensibility to the environment creates every day future consumers of organic products. Not to take it into account would be missing a historic opportunity”, Christophe Juarez, Chairman of the Management board of H. Mounier.
It comes as no surprise to learn that organic produce is considered less and less a niche market. In the vineyard, conversions to organic wine growing have been spectacular. Consumers of organic wines and Cognac are obviously more environmentally aware. Surveys show that they are also more open to new wine discoveries, and that cuisine, lifestyle and values of the terroir are important to them.
Prince Hubert de Polignac Nature de Cognac is a truly unique VSOP offering remarkable aromatic purity with a particularly strong emphasis on the fruit.
