Palate: lively on the attack, with remarkable purity. White fruits and citrus are supported by a very fine mineral backbone. Oak ageing brings just the right amount of roundness and texture. The finish is long, saline, chalky, fresh and persistent, with lingering citrus notes. Comment: the perfect balance between tension and elegance.
