Color: deep gold with persistent tears. Nose: expressive, clean and precise, floral (hawthorn, jasmine, acacia) and buttery. Citrus, exotic fruit (pineapple), white peach, apricot and preserved lemon. Palate: oily, floral, fruity and spicy. Bitterness with dense, mouthwatering acidity. Pairing: 12-month-aged Comté, apricot purée and sesame bread. Comment: a lovely floral white wine, tangy and fairly rich, without being too sweet. A gastronomic wine. Cellaring 2 years.
