Syrah

Color: deep dark ruby with red reflections. Pronounced, coloured tears. Nose: flattering, with black fruit, plums and fine spices (pepper). Light oak and smoky notes. Palate: supple and tender attack, with good balance between acidity, alcohol and tannins. Lovely roundness, with black fruit. Coffee notes on the finish. A slight peppery note on the retronasal finish. Pairing: Peking duck. Comment: a harmonious and pleasant wine with a lovely structure. Cellaring 4 years.
