Cornalin

Color: purple-ruby with violet reflections. Coloured tears. Nose: black fruit (blackberry, cassis) and red fruit, oak (cedar), vanilla, menthol, spices and animal notes. Palate: very good concentration, with black fruit, marked acidity and supple tannins. Notes of dried vegetation such as thyme. Pairing: beef carpaccio, Parmesan and olive oil. Comment: beautiful complexity for this accessible and easy-drinking wine. Depth, with good volume. Cellaring 3 years.
