Color: golden, with bright highlights. Nose: lively, Chardonnay is clearly expressed. Citrus and white flowers (acacia). Palate: good attack, focused on freshness, with lovely acidity. Citrus-driven, with fine tension, a pretty floral bouquet and notes of butter. Salinity and length on the finish. Pairing: scallop carpaccio; oysters. Comment: a perfect Champagne for any occasion. Very pleasing thanks to its aromatic profile and finesse on the palate.
