Color: dark red, bright and very attractive. Nose: red and black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant), spice, a little kirsch, floral notes, dark chocolate, intense. Palate: supple, fairly warm, with good density and balanced structure. Lovely spicy notes of cocoa and chocolate. Pairing: game, leek risotto; chocolate dessert. Comment: a wine that needs time to open up fully. Keep for 10-15 years.
