Color: deep garnet hue, purplish reflections. Nose: very aromatic, hint of spices. With crunchy red fruit, concentrated and delectable aromas. Jammy black fruits, sweet spices, liquorice. Palate: fresh and fruity attack, with nice red and black fruits. Round, delectable, almost candied and caramelized mid-palate. Cocoa finish, with present tannins. Pairing: pork belly confit with mushrooms. Comment: a very nice wine, with potential. Age 10 years.
