Palate: peach, lemon, rose, sugarcane, umami, sweet potato. Nice substance, hint of iodine. Delicate and elegant texture. Very well balanced. Pairing: fruit salad with orgeat; cocktail; end of meal. Comment: refined and characterful. Very interesting, nicely balanced.
