The gastronomic restaurant Loiseau des Vignes, independently managed by the Bernard Loiseau group, offers, in addition to an exceptional menu featuring Burgundian specialities, the opportunity to taste 70 wines by the glass. These wines feature, among others, the great names of the region, but also young hopefuls.
The wine list of the Hôtel Le Cep, which can also be enjoyed at the bar, open 24 hours a day, is worth the trip! Indeed, for decades, the hotel has been collecting vintages, bought at the famous Hospices de Beaune auctions, and from more than 200 estates. Thus, in the 4 cellars, 4 universes are proposed for private tastings. The wine list includes, to this day, more than 1000 references of Burgundy wines, dating from 1929 to 2021.
