Launched in 2020 by Axelle Oran and Charles Riveau, Wineriz is an all-in-one, user-friendly, and accessible vineyard management software designed to support wine estates in their digital transformation—both in France and internationally.
“It all started with a personal experience. We tasted an exceptional wine at a restaurant and tried to buy it—unsuccessfully. No website, no answer on the phone, and by the time the winery finally got back to us, it was out of stock… We couldn’t understand why, in 2020, buying wine directly from the producer was still so complicated.
The more we looked into it, the clearer it became: there was a huge gap between the digital tools we used in our own industries—tech in my case (Batch, GitGuardian), luxury for Axelle (LVMH, Prada)—and what was available to winemakers,” explains Charles Riveau.
“By deeply understanding how vineyards operate, their constraints, and ambitions, we were able to create a truly useful tool—one that aligns with their everyday reality”.
The platform is intuitive and multifunctional, and can be managed directly from a smartphone. Users can access their CRM from anywhere, run email campaigns, track sales performance, manage inventory, and automatically generate invoices. But one of Wineriz’s most appreciated features is its simple, functional online sales interface. Thanks to this ease of use, many winemakers are saving valuable time while gaining access to a direct-to-consumer sales channel that was previously out of reach.
