Visual aspect: a beautiful garnet-red colour with clear, vivid tinges.
Nose: a little closed, it exudes delicate aromas of flint (gunflint) and floral scents (violet), it is lovely, full-bodied and supple.
Palate: very pleasant, evoking in its flavours the aromas sensed on the nose. A long, marvellous finish.
Match with food: beef grilled over vine embers.
Comments: a splendid Médoc, of the kind we would like to taste more often!
