Visual aspect: very dark, ripe cherry, garnet-red colour. Nose: kirschy notes after swirling. Palate: present tannins, non filtered wine, interesting palate, nice complexity, a note of vanilla in the finish. Match with food: matelote with diced bacon. Comments: a pleasant cuvée.
