Exotic fruit, beautiful acidity and concentration, with saline, spicy and brioche notes. Good balance and lovely minerality. Bitter, interesting and long finish. Pairing: poached river salmon with beurre blanc and roasted fennel. Comment: a wine with volume, lively and focused on fresh fruit. Beautiful complexity and pleasant to drink.
