Slight vegetal hint, like tomato leaf, with liquorice notes. Lots of freshness. A fine, elegant palate. Pairing: tapas; leg of lamb with herbs. Comment: a fresh, refined Châteauneuf-du-Pape with plenty of freshness. Can be kept for 5-10 years.
