Color: very intense caramel hue. Nose: aromatic, with roasted coffee notes. Very expressive. Palate: softness, ample, with notes of coffee, caramel and vanilla. Lovely development, with a hint of oak. Very long finish. Pairing: chocolate dessert; as a digestif. Comment: a very pleasing liqueur, easy to drink. The alcohol is soft and very pleasant.
