Color: beautiful yellow color, fine and active bubbles. Nose: fruity (apple, quince), slightly brioche and buttery, floral. Palate: round, nice length, a hint of acidity on the finish. Graphite, with ripe fruit. Pairing: chicken with coconut, pineapple and curry; lobster. Comment: a gourmet wine that goes well with an entire meal. Age 6 years.
