Color: straw yellow, fine bubbles. Nose: floral, flinty, white fruits, very light citrus. Palate: fresh attack, slightly brioche and iodized. Well balanced, with a delectable side. Nice tension and length. Pairing: creamy cheese; raw fish. Comment: a nice surprise. A lovely vintage which expresses a good freshness whilst retaining the liveliness of a non-vintage. Good balance and persistence that will finish the meal with beauty and elegance.
